1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the digital applications, websites, and services provided by Advenire Software, LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue platform usage immediately.

2. Digital Software License & Medical Disclaimer

Our software suite, including the NightShift PWA, provides circadian rhythm and acoustic audio tools for educational and wellness enhancement. NightShift Suite is not a licensed medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure clinical sleep disorders or medical conditions. Users must consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding circadian sleep disruptions.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions & Delivery

Access to paid web apps or digital suites is delivered immediately upon successful processing of checkout via Stripe. Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable and streamed digital content, purchases are non-refundable except as explicitly required by consumer protection law or platform terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, vector visual assets, proprietary algorithms, and brand trademarks are the exclusive property of Advenire Software, LLC. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of platform assets is strictly prohibited.
